This article describes how to add and email account to Outlook 2003

Requirements

• Email Address and password
• Active email address

How to add a new E-mail address to  Outlook 2003

1. From the Start menu, choose Control Panel.

   

   Note: If you are running Windows XP in classic mode, your will need to select the Start menu, select Settings, then choose Control Panel

   

2. Click the Switch to Classic View icon.
3. If already in Classic View Double Left Click on the Internet Options Icon

   

4. Double left click the Mail icon in Control Panel.
   
   
   
5. Left click the button E-mail Accounts
6. Select Add a new e-mail account then Next
   
7. Left Click the Add Button
   
   
8. Enter in Your Name, Email Address, Username, Password and POP3, SMTP Settings.
9. If you have a Domain hosted with us and you are on our Enhanced Mail Server. Use the Following then Next.

   

10. If you have a Domain hosted with us and our Standard E-Mail Package use the following then Next.
    • Make sure under User Name you put your Username%yourdomain.com.

    

11. Select Finish
