Cancellation of service prior to registration or during the first 30 days
requires return of the modem or an additional $200 equipment fee will apply. All
prices subject to change. Laptop users and some desktop users may need to
purchase an Ethernet card. Modem is a new or fully inspected, tested, and
warranted return unit. Offer for residential customers only. Installation
